These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.3ahvac.com and the services provided by 3A HVAC INC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

3A HVAC INC provides HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance services including but not limited to:

  • Mini-split air conditioning installation
  • Heat pump installation
  • HVAC system repair and maintenance
  • Rebate application assistance
  • Commercial HVAC services

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates provided by 3A HVAC INC are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on:

  • Actual site conditions discovered during installation
  • Changes in material costs
  • Additional work required beyond the original scope
  • Customer-requested changes to the project

Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Generally:

  • A deposit may be required prior to scheduling installation
  • Balance is due upon completion of work
  • Accepted payment methods: cash, check, credit card, and approved financing through GoodLeap
  • All prices are in US dollars

Warranty

3A HVAC INC provides a workmanship warranty on all installations. Equipment warranties are provided directly by the respective manufacturers (Daikin, Gree, Mitsubishi Electric) and are subject to their terms and conditions. Workmanship warranty coverage:

  • Labor and installation: 1 year from installation date
  • Equipment: Per manufacturer's warranty (typically 10–12 years)
  • Warranty is void if equipment is serviced by unauthorized parties or misused

Rebates and Incentives

3A HVAC INC will assist customers in applying for available energy rebates (Con Edison, PSEG, Federal Tax Credits). However:

  • We cannot guarantee rebate approval — final determination is made by the rebate program administrators
  • Rebate amounts and availability are subject to change by the respective programs
  • Customer is responsible for providing accurate information required for rebate applications

Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability. If you need to reschedule or cancel:

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances

Limitation of Liability

3A HVAC INC's liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. We carry full liability insurance as required by New York State law.

Property Access

Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the installation site. 3A HVAC INC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage unrelated to our work.

Website Use

The content on www.3ahvac.com is provided for informational purposes only. We make no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information. You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or impair our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
